Double occupancy............... $110 per night*^
3 or 4 people......................$125 per night*^
Two night weekend rentals, (Fri. and Sat.) in September, October
and November, add $30 to total rate.
Double occupancy................$600 per week*
3 or 4 people......................$770 per week*
The Loft: sleeps a maximum of six
(queen bed, 2 twins, full sleeper sofa)
Double occupancy................$110 per night*^
3 or 4 people......................$125 per night*^
5 or 6 people......................$140 per night*^
Two night weekend rentals, (Fri. and Sat.) in September, October
and November, add $30 to total rental rate.
Double occupancy...............$650 per week*
3 or 4 people.....................$770 per week*
5 or 6 people.....................$860 per week*
"People" are persons age 13 and over. Children 12 and under free.
*Plus 6% state and 3% local taxes
^A two night stay is required on all weekends and holidays.
Check-in time: 4:00 to 8:00 unless other arrangements are made with owner
